12:30 to 1 -
Speed Concept Art Contest, 2d pencil and paper with the topic revealed at the meeting. Prize: $5 Voucher for Snacks n Drinks at the next Game Camp & bragging rights.
**Note this is dependent on classes getting out a bit early giving us the space.
1 to 1:15 - Gather concept submissions and give them to the judges.
1:15 to 1:45 A 'State of the Chapter' address discussing the future of the igda gb chapter.
State of the Chapter:
- About 15 mins from the President talking about the current state, upcoming plans and our new goals.
- About 5 mins from the Treasurer about future fund raising, past success and T-shirts.
- About 5-10 mins wrap up from the Vice President and the Secretary who will discuss anything that was missed.
- Any extra time will be used to talk about the Game Camp.
1:45 - iPhone panel begins!
Whenever They Finish - Drawing for Door Prize of a $15 I-Tunes Gift Card in celebration of your humble treasurer getting his tax return this week.
We will announce the T-Shirt Design that was selected by vote by the attendees who were present at the last Game Camp.
